Main Line Real Estate Market Information

The real estate market is often the topic of conversation these days. The evening news and newspaper stories are full of information that most often doesn't apply to your local Main Line real estate market. So, what do people on the Main Line consider to be their local market?

Many buyers use school districts to define their real estate search. For that reason, I'm using school districts all along the Main Line and Western Main Line to look at what's going on in the market. All of the data provided is based on townships within each school district and all information comes from our local multiple listing service, TReND, through a program available only to Realtors with Prudential Fox & Roach.
