Berwyn is also located in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District. Its name comes from a village in Wales, Berwyn Hills. The Main Line has many names derived from Wales because of the many early Welsh settlers. The buildign of the railroads brought many Welshmen to the area.
You can also take the train from Berwyn into Philadelphia. Many of our small towns along the Main Line have their own train station making commuting so easy.
